Feeding Therapy Services
Suncoast Pediatric Therapy LLC provides assessment and treatment for feeding delays and disorders from birth to 18, including picky eating and oral motor development.
I can help your child try new foods, build chewing and drinking skills, and make mealtimes less stressful for the whole family. I am also able to determine if further assessment is needed (i.e. swallow study, referral to a specialist).
We come to you. Therapy at your home or a nearby public space like the library, so there's no drive to a clinic.
Signs your child may benefit from feeding therapy:
- Eats only a small number of foods
- Gags, coughs or chokes while eating
- Trouble moving to purees, solids or new textures
- Difficulty chewing
- Trouble drinking from a bottle, cup or straw
- Long or stressful mealtimes
- Slow weight gain
